Riverdale Y
Swimmers with at least one year of competitive swimming, who can swim all four strokes as well as dive from the starting blocks and perform flip turns. During the season, we will focus on stroke technique while increasing training yardage to prepare for swimmer improvement at competitions. Goal setting for both practice and meet results will also be introduced at this level. Swimmers placed here are expected to attend 2-3 practices per week throughout the season and participate in our team swimming competitions.
