Privacy Policy

When you create a free account we store your email address and the details you choose to add about your family and athletes. We also collect the opportunities you save or ask us to keep looking at, so we can tell you when something changes.

Separately, we gather sports opportunity information from public sources such as program websites, registration pages, event calendars and public social posts. That information is about programs, not about you.

Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian creates the account and adds athlete profiles. Athlete information belonging to a minor is private by default, is never shown publicly and is never made available to search engines. A guardian can make an athlete visible to programs, and can turn that visibility off again at any time.

We never sell family or athlete information.

To run your account, to show you relevant opportunities, to send the alerts you asked for, and to understand in aggregate which sports and places families need more help with. Programs see aggregated interest, never the identity of an individual family who is watching a listing.

Paid plans are handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by PLAYMERO. We keep a record of which plan you are on and when it renews.

We send account email and the alerts you turned on. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences in your account at any time.

You can view, correct, export or delete your account and athlete information. Write to support@playmero.com and we will action it.
