Atlantis Rugby
The Atlantis Mid-Atlantic Academy is a six-week development program for boys and girls seeking higher levels of competition. As a certified USA Rugby National Development Program (NDP), Atlantis develops players in both 15s and 7s while identifying and recommending athletes for high-level playing opportunities. The training Academy is comprised of four main components to develop the Atlantis Core Values: Technical skills & tactical knowledge, Mindset and player centered game approach, Offensive and defensive strategies, Positioning work. All sessions are on Saturdays from 9AM - 12PM.
